Avoid this company at all cost!! After hounding me for business I placed an order with this company, as soon as they received payment communication became non existent. I was told my order would be ready and with me within 14-15 days (that was on 29th September) its now the 1st November and I still haven't received my order and my messages are going completely ignored! When i asked to see what they had come up with I was sent a rushed shoddy picture of my logo to the point it was so bad my 4 year old could of came up with better, i expressed i wasnt happy with what they had come up with so i sent over my own design and then communication became non existent once again until i requested my money be sent back to me £216 later my messages are once again going unanswered. I wish I had read the reviews on this shambles company before I placed an order during a cost of living crisis because I would not be in this situation now £216 down no clothes for work and very put out! The fact that this company is happy to take money from you, assure you your items will be with you within 14-15 days then dodge your messages and come up with a new excuse (when they bother to reply) every time you ask for an update or where your items are is despicable. If and when you are inundated with messages about their deals and delivery times BEFORE you pay DONT BE SUCKED IN!! I'm glad I didn't put in an order for my whole work force and just did a test run for myself imagine how much money I'd be down then. I am very disappointed as it is looking more like this company is a scam and has no intention of sending my order

The first review I left. This company asked me to remove because it was based on customer service and delivery times. And I’d not received my products. I removed it and said I’d leave a new review on receipt of my goods.First of all. Delivery time took a lot longer than I was told. And customer service is extremely poor. They take a long time to reply to messages if they do reply at all.So, I received my order. First problem was a massive stain on the men’s T-shirt I ordered. Like a grease stain. I contacted them and explained I needed it for a dog show I have this week. They promised to send a replacement last week. Still haven’t received the replacement nor have they replied to my messages. So one of our team now has no top to go to shows with tomorrow. Second of all. The quality is ok. But the detail on my dogs eyes is poor. His eyes are blatantly wonky. When I messaged about it they basically said I should have spotted it on the proof they sent. So hey ho. Not much I can do about that.All in all really dissatisfied with the customer service and delivery time. And even more disappointed about receiving a top with a big stain on that can’t be worn. Absolute waste of money. (Washed it and it won’t even wash out). Won’t use this company again. And I’ll not be recommending them to any of my friends family or followers.

Adam was very professional and provided a great service. Once he received the logo he was straight to work and had it ready for delivery within the week. It arrived on time and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products. I couldn’t recommend Adam enough to be honest, really easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be using him from now on.

Promised delivery in 7-14 days, after many messages i received my order 6 weeks later which came partially wrong. They never sent out the missing items and now i have to find someone else to make another order. I received £20 refund after 3 months from £416. Terrible experience and will never use again

Worst experience ever. Placed an order for a package back 3 months ago (6 items). Got no replies to my messages or calls and or emails for weeks at a time and each time they did was another excuse. Communication was terrible, seemed like Alex was dealing with my order entirely. Refused to refund me the 5 times I have asked in Total. They won't give your money back but force you to have the product!! I will not be using again and will not recommend then either. I will be sharing this experience with others on my platforms. In the end, still missing an item lol.

Really impressed with this company! I was a bit wary having not used them before, and after having a bad experience with another company, but I can honestly say after dealing with Adam who has been excellent from start to finish, keeping me informed the entire way, the fantastic clothing has arrived today. WOW...I cannot express how fantastic the clothing and embroidery looks, and is far better than I imagined. The jackets Adam recommended were so smart, I am SO impressed with!Arrived within two weeks too. I am so pleased with the clothing & the entire service, I will be ordering more clothing & face masks soon.

I highly recommend get Personalized for all workwear, I get all of my workwear from them for my whole team. The quality is the best we’ve ever had and long lasting. Adam is great to work with always happy to help and always delivers when they say. Also a great range of workwear, we have just recently had the new shorts and they are fantastic. Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
