First rate dental practice. Charlie and his team treat me like a friend rather than just a patient and are always receptive to concerns or anxieties. I travel over 50 miles to my dentist and will continue to do so.

Absolutely hands down the best dentist I’ve ever visited. Great location, great place, great receptionist, great prices and I really liked my dentist.Alyn put my mind at ease throughout the appointment, talked me through everything and they played my favourite music whilst getting my teeth looked at put my mind at ease 100%.The services aren’t too expensive either considering I was paying a lot more for my previous dentist in Newport that treated me like rubbish whenever I went.I would 100% recommend and already have. I just don’t have a bad word to say.

A wonderful Dental Practice...the first time in my life I do not fear or dread going to receive treatment....Alun is a wonderful and calming person who always puts me at ease...he always explains all procedures with professionalism and warmth. He will always ask if I have any questions and will endeavour to allay my anxiety and answer questions honestly.Eleanor and the lovely dental nurse are fantastic, so kind and reassuring , also putting me at ease as soon as I sit in that dreaded chair!All the receptionists that I encounter are always warm, welcoming, personable and utterly professional.Well done to you all and thank you!

Absolutely fantastic dentist, very reasonably priced. This dentist actually listens to what the customer wants and will work with you to achieve. The dentist is very kind and caring. My only regret is not finding this dentist sooner. Hygienist is also extremely thorough best scale & polish I have ever had. I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough.

I tried Pontcanna Dental after not liking the other dentist I was seeing in the area. I originally went in because my bonded retainer had broken and needed to be re-glued but have stayed on as a patient. The whole team is wonderful! I would say I am a medium-anxious patient and I feel really well looked after and communicated with when I am there.
