I have been having treatment for hip and lower back injury with Alicia. Her treatment programme helped speed up my recovery and has enabled me to return to my training sooner than expected. Alicia and all the other Therapist at SV are super attentive to your needs and very friendly. I would recommend Alicia and SV therapy to anyone looking for Sports Therapy.

Sophie is amazing!!I have regular maintaince session's with Sophie to keep my body in top condition.I view my sessions as an investment to prevent me from injury, which for is very important for my running and CrossFit.Can't recommend them enough!!

I could not recommend SV Therapy enough. I was treated by Sophie and have had nothing but a positive and professional experience. She helped keep me in check before the marathon and whilst I was coming back from a persistent injury. Without Sophie's help, I would not have reached a 4:17 marathon debut! SV therapy helped during my injury a couple months before the London Marathon. They were fabulous and very supportive of my pursuit of recovery. I will definitely be using their services for my next endurance races. They are absolutely fantastic and am grateful for their help!

I’ve been using SV sports therapy since July 2022 as had de-habilitating sciatica. However after a few regular appointments over a short period I now only see Sophie every 6 weeks and I can’t describe how it has affected my daily like. Sophie is not only professional, knowledgeable and kind but she puts you immediately at ease and I’d a pure master at what she does. I’m going to maintain my appointments so I can remain fit and supple (even a car has an mot!) Try it - you won’t be disappointed

Sophie has been one of the best professionals I have visited. I did a Marathon in April and the months leading up I had IT band syndrome. Working with Sophie she managed to complete treatment on me over weeks and a very thorough rehab programme saw me runing pain free.I recently did London Marathon and saw Sophie a week out with a niggle, Sophie treated this and 2 days later my niggle had gone. I want to say a massive thank you for eveything you have done, you are a true profressional and putting your trust into someone is very rare to find.Sophie and her team also stood at mile 25 all day of the London Marathon cheering all of their clients on, this was just what was needed at mile 25! Not only is her technical knowledge of how to treat the body outstanding, but her ability to guide your thinking and approach to your sport and competing is second to none. I've been seeing Sophie for a while now on a regular basis. With a job that sees me lugging stuff around and being a weightlifter as a hobby she has managed to help keep all my niggles at bay with her awesome technical knowledge of the areas to concentrate on. Folliwing up with a text or email to make sure all is well. She follows my weightlifting journey and is also so supportive of where I'm at with it all as well.
