My family and I visited today as I was holding a stall for their Christmas market, everything was so very well organised, all the staff were extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. Whilst we were there we ordered lunch, the food was incredible, hot, fresh and came out so quick. The portions were great, this is a big thing for me, very good value for money and not overpriced. The pub was clean, toilets were regularly checked and kept on top of, tables were cleared away quick after finishing, all round a fantastic little pub, I’ll definitely be visiting again.

We booked a table for the Christmas Festive menu. Overall the food and service were good. I would recommend the Christmas Festive food if you’re looking for a relaxed meal with friends and family. #supportlocal

We had our Christmas meal at The Bear this weekend. Despite being a large group, the staff were very attentive and even put Christmas crackers out on our table for us which was a nice touch. All the food was great! It was our first time here and we will certainly return, thank you!

I hosted a birthday celebration at The Bear in October, Michael supported me in building my perfect day, which consisted of 21 people for a sit down meal, followed by a ceremony, then disco and karaoke for an additional 30+ people.The meal was pre ordered from the main menu, and was served at the requested time brilliantly. All meals came out together, all food was hot and of great quality. A fantastic team effort from the kitchen and waiting staff!A DJ was recommended to me, and he did not let me down! He even started early at my request, so majority of my guests could enjoy the party but still have time to travel home. We had the whole pub singing and dancing along, enjoying their Saturday night at the pub!Overall, an amazing experience, thank you for everything!

We went for Sunday lunch. They serve until about 7pm. The food was hot and arrived quickly. It was nice enough, but nothing to write home about.

Very busy with a live band, but a great atmosphere and a short wait for food was not a problem.Great customer service from every member of staff. Would fully recommend this pub.

Beautiful pub, super friendly atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing. There is something for everyone with different tribute acts and other events. Definitely worth a visit ❤️
