Have ordered in the past with no issue, this time however when I did have an issue 8 or 9 emails went ignored, they claimed they went to the spam folder only after I mentioned leaving a bad review, strange you found my emails after I mentioned that lol. I was then told I wouldn't be getting refunded for delivery, even though dpd only tried twice and sent the item back to them after 6 days, I provided proof for this. I was told I would need to claim delivery costs back through dpd myself, all of this with no apology for the weeks worth of unanswered emails. I'm absolutely apauled!I messaged customer service prior to placing my order, and expressed concerns about not being home when my froozen delivery arrived. They assured me if I ordered before 12pm would be delivered next day, orders after 12pm would be delivered 2 days later. They also assured me if I needed an order for a particular day I could message them and they would hold it back.So yesterday I placed an large order at 12.05 and I messaged them asking them to hold it back so it was delivered on Wednesday. However .... I got no reply. 3pm yesterday i got an email saying my froozen order had been dispatched-it would be delivered any time from mid day upto 10pm TUESDAY ( 20- 30 hours after being dispatched ) Panicking I messaged them again, and tryed to call but got no responce. 22:40 last night they replied saying yes it had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. Had they gotten back to me sooner I could of arranged something.Their website states they use ' a specialist courier' and I paid for ' next day froozen food'.I checked the courier website, were it confirmed all froozen were stored at -18 during transit and depo - so I changed the delivery day too Wednesday.However this morning Internet reptile have informed me - they didn't use the specialist froozen service for my order ( despite charging me for it ), and my FROOZEN ORDER was actually sent as standard next day.What's more - they are unwilling to do absolutely anything about this.I spent £100 on rodants, and paid £12 for this 'specialist froozen delivery ' I don't have the finances to replace this order - I'm left unable to feed my pets.To say I'm upset is absolutely beyond words.

ProRep Tortoise Calcium Blocks.What you see is what you get. Smallish chunks of calcium, not rock hard, but kinda softish and manageable even for small mouths. My young Hermann's tortoise has had a few nibbles and now a few of them just sit in a shallow dish until he decides he wants another chew. There's tons in the tub, enough to satisfy a whole tribe of tortoises at this rate. Arrived all safe, and fast too. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking service! Over a week ago I have placed an order to which I only received part of it. None of the live food was delivered, they then sent it out and attempted to deliver but apparently there was no answer which is utter nonsense as I was waiting for it all day! There shall be an attempted delivery on Monday which is 8 days after my actual order however all of the love food will be dead due to being in transit for so long and with the heat. The email that I received regarding my issue stated that they will not refund nor resend any food out even if they are dead.I shall not be ordering from them again, I have had issues like this previously but thought I’d give them another try, shouldn’t have bothered!

Never entrust the food supply of your reptiles to this company. I had a fortnightly subscription for locusts and Roaches for my beardie, and barking gecko. They failed on multiple occasions to despatch my regular order. When I contacted them each time, they NEVER apologised, in fact went out of their way not to apologise. Every order they sent, the insects were grossly under sized. If you love and care for your pets, and you want to ensure a consistent supply of food, and correctly sized food for them. Don’t shop here. Their prices look cheap, but they aren’t, because you don’t actually get what you’ve paid for, and there’s no guarantee you order will even be despatched in the first place. Save yourself the headache and under nourished pets, shop elsewhere!

Awful service. Ordered a UV lamp kit which arrived next day. Great.Box was around 70cm tall, whilst the the actual UV kit is only around 30-35cm, with no additional packaging materials. As such, the UV Kit was left loose to slide up and down.As soon as I opened the Kit, I could hear the UV bulb rattling so immediately plugged it in to test it out, only for it not to work.Upon contacting customer services, I have been greeted by nothing but stupid requests asking for proof of set up, including thermostat etc despite the issue arising due to poor packaging.Currently engaged in a back and forth, with Internet Reptiles asking for the FULL item to be returned before they will action a replacement, when all I want is a replacement bulb. If it continues, it will be getting sent back, a full refund requested and I'll be buying elsewhere. (I can pick up the same item next day on Amazon for the same price, and refuse to wait upwards of a week for return processing and then replacement sent). Avoid at all costs.First time using this website, and I most certainly won't be returning.

Extremely disappointing service and such potential to be a great company! Ordered a combination bulb kit which stopped working after 4 hours (not companies fault of course). Impossible to get through on the phone or receive a call back after numerous attempts. Received a response to say I could have a refund if I sent the item back (as I had had to source a replacement from elsewhere over the weekend so as not to keep my tortoise without a light) I sent the item back and received an email to say I was having a replacement sent out. This is no use to me at all and now I am out of pocket. Again impossible to get through on the phone or get a response to email or Facebook messenger. Weeks now gone by with no communication. Very poor service which is such a shame.
