I recently had a one-hour Neck

I have been suffering from prolonged sitting strains in my neck, shoulders, back and hips for years. Despite all my efforts in trying to be active, the pain has slowly settled. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Karim's treatments. I could feel tension and knots in my back releasing, and by the end of the session, I had significantly improved mobility and less pain. Karim is also very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to my concerns and understand my pain history. He always gives me a couple of exercises to address my specific pain points, that are quick and easy to include in my busy daily routine. By the combination of treatments and exercises, my overall well-being has greatly improved. Thank you Karim!

Amazing. Arrived and Karim observed my posture , asked me questions , gave me some simple at home exercises then gave me the massage. It was intense at some stages as I am extremely tense and have knots in chest, shoulders, back and glutes. He got to work and by the end of our session I was so relaxed and the pain that had arrived with me was gone!!!! Now I am a sceptic about most things but after this session I felt better than I have done in weeks. I will be booking again- as well as convincing my husband to do the same !!

Really great service and massage from Karim. Prior to the appointment I was sent information to prepare myself for the session. Then during the session he took time to assess and understand my pain and then diagnose and treat the causes. After a 90min session I felt much looser and flexible and my pain reduced. Karim then followed up the next day to see how I was feeling. Great service all round - thoroughly recommend!

My massage therapy with Karim was the best massage experience I've ever had. His flexibility to develop and implement programme that works for you, and that evolves as your needs change, is very valuable also. Reccomending massage and wellness is a very personal thing and not something I do lightly, but as a fellow citizen, I must share how brilliant he is with you all, it would be selfish of me not to!
