Extremely efficient place. In all this Covid malarkey you place an order online, get an email instantly and receive a text from someone who's scanned it all within minutes. Small little team in a place just off the A45 so it's easy to get to. Everyone is efficient and fast and brilliant.

So great to have this resource on our door step. We have used the store multiple times for everything from a new lawn mower, hooks for the garage, coat rack and even work gl8ces and hose reel. If the item you need isnt in stock they get it delivered to the store the next day and text you when it arrives. Very helpful staff, recommended

If you don't live far this is a very convenient shop. Just buy online and turn up for collection, usually within hours. Prices are fair and availability is pretty good. It's open every day so if you are a weekend DIYer it's even more convenient. Staff is always friendly.

Order part to collect, went to collect 15 minutes later, part not available, stock level was incorrect. Found me a cheaper subsute, no refund though for price difference, the difference goes as store credit, ok if you use all the time, not so good if you're a first time user and rarely need tooling

Most unhelpful. Wanted an exchange on a Dewalt combi drill. Intermittent fault, absolutely useless when trying to work on site. Would not exchange, wanted to send it away to be repaired! Need it to work !!!!Wouldn't get this service" at my local branch.If it had been given a real battering maybe
