I am dealing with the sale of a deceased persons estate and the empty house seemed of no interest to anyone who looked. After Saints cleaned some carpets and washed over a good number of walls and ceilings everything looked much better. The first person to look at the property after the cleaning is coming back for a second viewing. It's made that much difference. Kevin is very helpful and friendly.
