Van is an expert professional with the bikes. He was prompt at responding to my initial query, identifying the issue with 2 of my bikes, and helped us avoid unnecessary replacement of parts. Loved that he offered to come home to service the bikes. His prices are reasonable as well. Will definitely call Van for future servicing!

5 ***** Service. VAN arrived right on time. He fully serviced 2 bikes for my boss. Took his time to do it perfectly. Both bikes are in perfect working order now and very clean. Very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend using VAN and his service. Will be using him again.

Van was brilliant - he came out quickly and changed a tyre on my cargo bike in torrential rain! I asked him about a few other things and as others said, he didn’t try “upsell” just told me to keep an eye on a few things. Have and would recommend him to others.

Top class service from Van. Called on Thursday, bike fixed by Friday lunchtime when no shop would give me a repair date within the next 2 weeks. Will definitely use Van again, no question. It also helps that he is also just a great guy to chat with whilst he's fixing your bike, full of knowledge and good humour.

I had bought a new bike online and the rear derailleur wasn't working properly. Van was brilliant at getting back to me promptly and was able to come over within a couple of days. He managed to straighten the bent derailleur hanger, fine tune the gears and as a bonus trued the brake discs. I thoroughly recommend his expert and friendly service and wouldn't hesitate to have my bike serviced by him in future.

Van is great. Really pleasant to deal with. He’s honestly, accurate and saved us a lot on the repairs of 2 bikes - having been quoted £200+ in the local shop. He kept me updated via pictures and messages throughout the job and the repairs are totally sound.I’ve passed his details along already and everyone has been equally delighted.Couldn’t recommend him more.

I booked a basic service for my bike - van was punctual, very personable and more importantly took the time and did an excellent job. He identified a couple of things for me to watch out for but wasn’t trying to upsell, just being super helpful. Highly recommend and very reasonable price too.

I found Van on a Google search and he came over to investigate why the chain was skipping on my commuter road bike. I had thought chain wear but he quickly discovered it was due to a seized rear derailleur.Long story short, he came back to fit a replacement but it turned out I’d bought the wrong one, the old type is no longer available, and three weeks later he fitted upgraded shifters for me so it almost feels like a new bike.He did a great job for a great price and is a lovely guy too. It’s also amazingly convenient that he comes to you, and a big plus when life is busy and there’s no bike shop just round the corner. Highly recommended!

Van provided a great service. He replied promptly, came to the agreed place on time, and fixed the issue (VM S3 rear flat tyre) expertly and quickly.I’m back on the road thanks to him.
