I recently purchased a car that was in incredible condition, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sam Jolly, who assisted me throughout the purchase process, was incredibly patient and professional. He guided me through every step and made the process appear simple, despite the distance. I live in Bristol and some may think it's crazy, but it was the best decision I could have made. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend this place. All the cars they sell are selected and come with at least six months of warranty. It's definitely one of the best places to buy a car in England!

Haven't used them so can't comment on their quality of work etc but the prices I was quoted for small jobs at various times were always twice as much as others so I always opted for elsewhere. They also don't get back to you with said quotes, need to chase for them so that was also off putting

I recently brought a car from Sam at Mitchells he was not at all pushy in selling the car to me. Sam explained all the gadgets on the new car to me without making me feel stupid for not understanding all the gadgets it had.Unfortunately a couple of days later the car had a mechanical problem, I took the car back and everyone was so helpful and kind, the fault has been repaired under warranty.Everyone at Mitchells were professional and friendly I would not hesitate in recommending them the after sales service has been first class.

Went to this Vauxhall specialist to look at a car. We had briefly spoken to Mark on the phone beforehand, and he was welcoming and knowledgeable both on the phone and when we arriced. The car was as described and everything was done during these unusual times to make viewing and test driving easy.All in all a very good experience, and I would be happy to use them again both for a car purchase, and for servicing.
