Being owed money by clients is stressful. I have used Alan’s services twice now and both times have recovered the amount sought. He is highly knowledgeable, tenacious and excellent at negotiating with awkward and evasive non-payers. It’s a great feeling knowing Alan is on your team and I wouldn’t use anyone else. A highly recommended professional who also understands the legal process around debt recovery.

I was extremely impressed with Alan's knowledge and advice in recovering a payment from a difficult client. He took the time to call and explain the processes and actions required. Thanks to the team at Equilibrium for their extremely quick, professional and positive result to an outstanding invoice that we had. After the invoice being outstanding and then ignored for a number of months, Equilibrium contacted the customer, proceeded with a CCJ and enforcement so quickly that the customer paid the full amount and additional fees we incurred for the CCJ and enforcement.
