Lee repaired my Astra Twintops complicated roof electrical fault when the dealership couldn't. He spotted the correct problem which was with the boot lids catch.This hadn't been diagnosed as an issue by the dealership. He sourced and fitted the part and it's happy day's. 100% service and 100% customer satisfaction is their aim and l certainly got it.

Lee is a lovely guy and did the work quickly for me, no issues. He offered to be of service if anything goes wrong. Helpfully, he has a letter box for keys if you need to drop off whilst he’s not in.

Contacted Lee for a replacement of an injector on a Volkswagen Golf. The work was completed in a timely fashion and offered a very competitive price. Professional, honest and always willing to answer any questions. Lee was very easy to get hold of and always remained in communication. Took the wife’s car in for a diagnostic 1 week later and he sorted the problem within 1 day. Highly recommend DSR north west for any vehicle repairs and would definitely contact him again for future car related issues.

I can’t recommend DSR enough. Lee was busy but he still managed to fit me in. I was constantly kept in the loop and the friendly service is always guaranteed. I know nothing about cars so a reliable garage is a must. Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

My daughter had a problem with her rear lights. Lee looked at it, ordered the part, doesn't normally work on a Saturday, but came in and fixed everything as my daughter had a 250 mile journey the next day. Excellent service.Highly recommended.
