KATA Academy

My uni experience wouldn't have been the same if I hadn't found out about KATA. From the incredible experience of performing at Move It to now doing volunteering positions that are helping me build my professional portfolio. Highly recommended.

I worked with KATA for Move It 2019, an opportunity I wouldn't have had if not for them. Everyone was incredibly supportive, from staff to fellow dancers, and we were all continuously pushed to build our skillset and confidence. A wonderful team to work with and I would highly reccomend them.

While I've been studying at uni I have also been volunteering for KATA and they have been amazing to work for. They were all so friendly and welcoming from the start. Everyone was also incredibly understanding and flexible of me being able to volunteer and study at the same time. I definitely recommend for anyone who wants to build up their CV and learn important life skills whilst at uni. They offer a wide range of workshops or all abilities and I have watched so many people learn new skills and make amazing friends!
