Straight forward enough. Wasn't too busy due to the booking system which they now have in place. It worked well! Made for an easy lunch time drop and my first time using this facility. The bins are clearly marked and there was a couple of guys hanging around if you needed to get confirmation on anything. All good!

Amazing facility and really helpful staff! I had just moved into a new property with all new furniture bought. I had huge pile of carton boxes sitting in my backyard. Went into their website, easily booked in two slots as i needed two rounds on my car to fill in everything. Parked right next to carton boxes pile and threw everything. Took me 10 minutes tops, very well organized i must say.

The booking system started in covid but still there. I wonder why. You really need to plan ahead to get some rubbish out because slots are at a premium. Anyway I turned up little earlier and was turned away and told to come back in 30 min because it wouldn't be fair for others. I didn't realise that I was stealing anyone's food out of their mouth. Remember back in covid times when you were rationalised on how much food you could buy because it wouldn't be fair for others to be starving. Well this is NOT that. So maybe you should come down to earth and bring some common sense .

This is a great facility. Covered so you can go on a rainy day too... Much better than Maidenhead or Newbury

You need to book a slot at the tip on the Re3 website. This helps with traffic problem namely the traffic queue with all those engines running. At the barrier you need to explain reason for trip and show ID because not everyone has right to use tip. There is a separate green waste queue for dropping off garden waste but when busy there are queues so find a space, park there and use your feet. The disposal areas are clearly signed and if in doubt, you can always ask.

The appointment system to go to RE3 is a scam to stop people from recycling their waste legally. When you are trying to book a slot then there are no slots available but when you go to the centre then there is hardly anyone there making you wonder that this booking system is not fit for purpose.

Friendly staff, well organised, good sorting systems. Shame they charge for small amounts of diy waste, but I think that is the council’s fault tbf, and hopefully will be ending soon.
