Poor customer service - ordered items and the order was cancelled, on the exact same day the exact item is still available on the website but at a higher price .

I ordered wellies for my wife's birthday online, they were too small (my mistake) - I called, they didn't have the size up so ordered them from the manufacturer before I had returned mine. The replacements turned up in time for the big day. Wonderful customer service ... I thoroughly recommend!

I purchased the Sherpa lined Hoodie and prior to ordering e mailed with a question. They got back to me straight away and I received the item within 2 days ( one of those days there was a postal strike) so very impressed. Very happy with my purchase and with the customer service received.

Shockingly bad service. Having paid over the odds to get a supplement I desperately needed, My supplement tub arrived having been clearly opened prior to dispatch and taped back down. First they argued this was common to tape down and claimed they hasn’t received pictures. I resent pictures and they asked for the item to be returned to them. Given there is little of the contents left and I’ve had to use what is there that’s not an option. They are refusing to refund. Shop elsewhere.

Sadly I have experienced similar issues to other customers. I don't usually post public reviews, but with Christmas coming up, people need to be aware that some stock items are not actually in stock. Placed an order a week and a half ago and received confirmation that the goods would be despatched within three to five working days. Nothing arrived. Chased the order up on Monday, and was told the order would be with me on Tuesday. It still hasn't arrived. I've had zero communication from the company regarding any relevant updates. Am cancelling my order today, and requesting a full refund.

I purchased a Charles Owen Kylo riding hat from the Country and Stable shop in Olney. The young lady there was so helpful, knowledgeable and well informed.I was promptly measured and given a selection of hats to try. I spent ages deciding between the wide and regular peak and they literally could not have been more friendly and patient. I would 100% recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Lovely online store that had the Barbour Jacket I'd been hunting high and low for. Vert helpful staff on the Chat function and the product was delivered promptly

I ordered a fly mask from this company. This is the first time I have ever shopped with them and was happy to find the product I wanted was in stock in the size I needed, or so they claimed.I placed my order and the money was taken from my account. 2-3 days was the estimated delivery time by standard delivery. my order didn't arrive and I was sent a email 4 days later to tell me the product I ordered was out of stock and I was offered alternative choices..both of which were not suitable. After reading a few reviews it seems I'm not the only one who has had this issue. I have recieved a refund and lady on the phone said they had a new website and are working hard to fix the issue. This is clearly not true because the bad reviews are from before Christmas. I wouldn't waste your time using a company that lies about the stock they have.

First time visiting this small shop, in front of the larger warehouse on a trading estate on the outskirts of Olney.I was looking to replace my old, fraying padded jacket with something a bit posher and had been searching for local Barbour stockists. This business came up in a search online.The young woman who served me was helpful and pleasant. I found what I wanted from the relatively limited stock very quickly and tried it on at her suggestion. The fit was great, so I treated myself and even after a bit of a chat, was out of the shop pretty swiftly and back in the car!You need to check their range online really, first. We took a bit of a flier and it worked out fine but their Barbour stock was a bit limited. Still, we all need to buy local and British, so they are worth a visit.

Ordered a small plastic bottle of probiotic + vitamins. Firstly I paid a premium for delivery nearly £5 (no other option for delivery). It took 6 days to arrive! It's only 3hours down the road from my house. Secondly it arrived in a parcel 30cm x 4cm way over the top with packaging for a tiny bottle of vitamins. Can't help but think they need a re-think on thier delivery and packaging for small items. Disappointed.
