Contacted Paul and he came out at the weekend to diagnose and came back on the Monday when the PCB arrived to fit. Wonderful service and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so.

Paul is a highly skilled heating engineer who arrives promptly, courteously and always solves problems.

Knows his stuff, friendly and good value. We can have a hot shower again!

I called Paul out to fix our heating on a couple of occasions and he is professional. A friendly gas boiler engineer, very honest, reliable and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

We had a fault with our Vaillant boiler and were without heating or hot water on a Saturday morning. Paul was extremely responsive and arrived within 30 minutes, quickly diagnosing and replacing the faulty sensor. He also identified some other required maintenance. Throughout, he was friendly, professional and explained all the issues and what needed doing to correct them. Very good value. Highly recommended.

Have not used Paul before for gas boiler maintenance, but on recommendation asked him to carry out an annual service. His observations and explanations regarding a few points were very helpful and he rectified some potential problems for us. Very professional. Very happy to recommend him to others. Mike .
