Prices are good, definitely better priced than another local Asian shop and waaay cheaper than in supermarkets. The stock is regularly updated. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing advice on what is needed for particular dishes - and they tolerate me trying out my hopeless Chinese language skills.

Two incidences at this place have inspired me to write a review:- I was searching for fish sauce. I asked a stockist whether they had fish sauce on their shelves. Their response was, We don't do that here." A few moments later I found the bottle on the shelf next to her.- I got bubble tea from here. I believe they're trying to get into the bubble tea market? My exact wording to my friend at the time was "Could probably pass as tea" as it was kinda powdery. The tapioca balls were also hard in the centre. Not fantastic.They do have the gyoza that I tend to buy regularly though

So upset with they guy in here, i asked him specifically for the not spicy hot pot soup he gave me the the hotest seasoning packet. I didnt realise until I prepared it amd served to those who cant handle spice. It was a dissapointment

What an amazing place full of really interesting food and products. I have found this Japanese drink which is super cool. It has a glass ball you need to press inside and only then one can drink it;) The drink is called HATA ? I posted a picture. You should try it out is fun ;) So much fun! Next time I try the ones with Manga on them ;) I recommend this shop for those in love with asian food items or those wanting to discover things we definitely cannot find in the big supermarkets.

Cheap for boba and other stuff selection is very limited with only a few drinks to choose from staff are nice but can be confused when ordering

Expensive (£5 for a pack of non organic vegetables) and a lot of products are often out of stock (ie Natto, Japanese curry), but the staff themselves are nice.There aren’t many other East Asian Supermarket alternatives in Chiswick, so this is still quite a handy store.However, if an item is OOS or priced up, try the small Thai booth in front of Sainsburys.

Hoji is an Asian market on Chiswick high road. They have a really large selection of Asian goodies ranging from noodles to fresh produce and a really really large selection of frozen goods. Their prices are decent and competitive and the staff are nice and helpful. Always seems to be well stocked and they always have Kim chi available. They also offer hot Chinese buns as well.

It’s nice to have East Asian shop on the high street.There is a good frozen food section and instant noodles area.Sesame oil is about £7/bottle which I find to be a bit pricey.You can also buy Asian snacks and bubble tea there.

I bought a few things here the other day. Cheap items, somehow my bill was £14.80. Anyhoo, I was curious as to why the bill was so outrageous, so I asked how much the ramen was (which was the only thing not priced). The guy said £4.50. I said, £4.50 for 3 small things of ramen? He said it's from Hong Kong." Yeah

Much cooler now and I can get most asian ingredients here. Hope they take my suggestion to bring in herb soup packs in soon.
