Gray Shepherd Events provided the bar for our wedding party at Whitehall. They were brilliant from start to finish. Very professional service, great communication. Provided glass hire and arranged the licence for the premises. The fully stocked bar was perfect for us and staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend.

Oh my goodness - where do I start! The Gray Shepherd girls were fabulous from start to finish. We booked them for our wedding and the whole process was completely smooth, even when the weather wasn't on our side on the day and we had to tweak plans, nothing was too much trouble. The drinks were flowing all day, there was even cocktails on offer and all our guests said what fun the bar staff were. Just book them - you will not regret it!

Gray Shepherd provided a bar and so much more for our wedding in a Village Hall in the Peak District last week. The whole process from start to finish was a dream - they gave lots of helpful advice, answered unending questions and set up a beautiful bar in a small space. Gray Shepherd supplied the bar for my wedding on 4th June. Everything ran smoothly from day one, in terms of helping us put together a bespoke package, choosing the beers and spirits available, sorting the pre and post ceremony drinks etc. All done with a smile from Tara, who guided and accommodated us through the process, even with last minute changes from myself and my partner. Gray Shepherd supplied the bars for our wedding a couple of weeks ago, as well as welcome drinks and table wine. From the moment we booked to the day of the wedding, Tara and Rachel were completely fantastic to work with, always friendly and helpful, and really helped us to celebrate with all of our guests. The drinks selection was absolutely perfect and well served (with a great selection of non-alc drinks alongside draught beers, gins, wines and cocktails), they decorated the bars to match our wedding theme, and worked alongside all of our other suppliers perfectly– what a great team! 100% recommend, can't wait to be at another event when they're on the bar!

Absolutely amazing mobile bar service for our outdoor wedding at Woodthorpe Hall. Really friendly ladies, fantastic customer service, and they were really accomodating when we asked for a thornbridge lager on draught, no request was too big! We loved having them around on the wedding day and they even helped serve our reception drinks too. They also created a prosecco fountain for us to pour which added a special touch to the day! They really went above and beyond and we couldn't recommend them more!
