The toilets are always out of service, have a faulty part (door doesn't lock, tap doesn't work, out of soap) and has no baby changing facilities so good luck with your kids

Was surprisingly impressed for having slightly more facilities and much better access to the platforms via lifts unlike Raynes Park. A ticket office as well as a waiting room is available here too, which is nice.

Talking about the station, it does have waiting spaces for picking people up and dropping them off on both sides, but there's no real parking, you have to find a space in nearby roads without yellow lines. The station itself is quite well maintained, there's usually staff presence at the ticket office, And there are plenty of ticket machines. Due to no staff in the evening, the barriers are usually open in the evening but you still need to tap out

A member of staff refused to keep safe distancing when asked to while she was explaining me a station policy. Speechless, especially given the current epidemic.Fortunately, the other 2 staff members behaved more professionally and respected all the safety measures.

Wonderful station with frequent trains to London Waterloo. New Malden is a delightful area. The station has a small car park.

New Malden is located in the town with the same name and is used by Southwest trains. New Malden is a decent station, it needs work, but it has a ticket office, it's clean and announcements are clear and there is a waiting room. Though not too many trains stop here, a reasonable amount of them do.

The station does not have any baby changing facility's, in the toilets or the access toilet. Made for a very awkward nappy change.
