Top quality service at the time you need it most i.e. when you have to make a claim. One simple phone call and subsequent short conversation with the insurance company and everything was sorted. It couldn't have been any easier and the staff at Illingworth McNair couldn't have been more helpful as they took all the hassle out of the claims process for me. Would recommend them to anyone who values good service at a fair price.
