World Duty Free - Glasgow Airport

Good prices, many options, friendly staffs, nothing to complain at all.

While they were in very helpful, I came home to open my new Chanel lipstick to realize they grab the wrong color!

Staff are very friendly and approachable, very well knowledge on products from liquor to beauty right through to luxury great prices and value..

My wife promised to take a haggis back for my son. She bought a box , which inside had a tin, which inside had a tiny haggis in water .they charged 10 pounds for this ..which is complete rip off. Will never shop with this crowd again. Disgraceful price gouging

They do not pack your duty free alcohol in the proper bags for other airports in the world. We had to either pay to check it on another bag $40 or leave it behind. We were not the only ones who had this problem!!!Lost about $50 bucks, because we forfitted the booze. What the hell is the sense in shopping duty free??

Usual airport routine of forcing you through duty free after security and having to inhale 100 different perfume scents while snaking your way to departures.

My preordered spirits were ‘lost’ I had several emails and texts reminding me to pick up my order but sadly it had never been prepared.Wasted a lot of time looking for it.Went to re pick the items from the shelf and Smirnoff red wasnt even in stock.Very disappointing service.

***Important PSA + Update***Went there with a big group on July 29 in the morning for a trip to Montreal, with a layover in Toronto. After carefully chosing which bottle of Scotch I wanted to bring back home, I headed with my friend to the cash register and proceeded with the payment.Despite employees being kind and helpful (otherwise I would've certainly put 1 star instead of 2), they didn't use the proper sealed bag that was required by transport authorities to pass security check properly at my layover. Interestingly enough, some other people in my group bought their bottle at the same place and employees used the approved sealed bag/method.Conclusion: My bottle of scotch has been confiscated at security checkpoint I could get back home with it. All that trouble and money for nothing. So please make sure this sealing procedure is done correctly when you purchase from there!Update (+1 star): After writing a complaint using the airport contact form, I've been quickly contacted by the Word Duty Free management and been offered a refund. That doesn't give me my bottle back, but that certainly shows that they care about customer satisfaction.
