We received excellent service from Oaknwool who were both professional and patient to answer all our questions. The carpet fitting was on time and efficient, delivering high quality workmanship. The carpet fitters were polite and completed the job in very good time.

We have used OakNWool twice for carpet removal and replacement and they have been fantastic. From the advice we were given when we chose the carpet to the fitting team, all was a great experience. We found the OakNWool team to be very responsive, helpful and very efficient in their ways of working.

We used OakNWool in Jan 2021 to carpet the first floor and herringbone wood on ground floor. They were fantastic in terms of responsiveness, especially in the middle of a lockdown. I definitely hadn’t done my homework on the lead time for flooring but they were able to do the carpet within about a week and the flooring quicker than any other quotes we got, and also excellent value. A year later I can say the quality is fantastic, still really fluffy, easy to clean, and soft underfoot. The wooden floor is also great quality and still looks really striking, especially now we have a small puppy it has really been through a lot! Would definitely recommend.

I popped into this shop in Chiswick on the offchance. It was one of the best decisions of the year.I discussed my requirements and experience of carpet retailers with Marie and was offered a very competitive price with the carpet of my choice.Although I do not live anywhere near the shop, Adam the manager came round to measure up and verify the offer.There were no hidden extras or complications. At a time convenient to my family, a team of two expert carpet fitters arrived, who proceeded to fit my carpet in record time. They were fast, efficient and courteous.Overall an amazing, cost effective, efficient and stress free experience. I will be using this company again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Very pleased with our new carpets from OaknWool - they have a great selection, they are friendly and knowledgeable, and they come up with solutions very quickly for you. The staff at Oaknnwool, in Chiswick, have been super helpful! They provided samples of flooring to help us choose exactly what we wanted and were very efficient in providing estimates. When our building work was finished they fitted the wooden flooring beautifully, taking time to adjust steps and awkward corners carefully. Very impressed with the finished work.
