I had Paul out this morning to have a nosey at our house, we’re first time buyers and had a few concerns regarding cracks, he was so kind and offered his professional opinion and advice going forward. We’ve recently bought our first home and found out the house needed underpinning. I lost a lot of sleep over this and we were extremely worried, but Paul Palmer visited us and honestly we feel a huge weight has now been lifted off our shoulders. Paul took the time to go through every little detail with us, and had fantastic knowledge about the process which was really interesting. He was very clear about what was happening with our property and how Mainmark were going to help us fix it. He was incredibly honest and made us feel so comfortable that we actually cancelled another meeting we had with a competitor that afternoon and have already requested to be booked in for the works. From enquiry to completion the process was flawless. Paul the sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. The administrators were really thorough and great to deal with, and Lewis and the team who came to stabilise my outrigger in Stockport and were absolutely fantastic. Despite only being a small area they ended up needing to use over three times the amount of resin to simply stabilise the property. They were professional, friendly and made sure they did what they came to do despite the unexpected excess material used, even allaying my neighbours concerns as well. Thank you all.

As owners of the building and also chartered architects, we have been very impressed by Mainmark UK.Hossein, your technical sales engineer, was highly professional and very knowledgeable and took the time to carefully analyse the likely cause of the subsidence with me on site, along with the proposed remedial works.Matt and his site team clearly worked very well together. Matt was methodical in his approach and careful to minimise any damage. We were amazed to see the floor rise again so close to its original level and the 60mm gap beneath the skirting tiles disappear! We were delighted with the final result.Mick, your CCTV drainage engineer was thorough in locating hidden manholes and checking the route of drain runs to avoid the risk of damage.Many thanks all for a job well done.

Mainmark were employed to level up a conservatory wall and a large concrete patio slab. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard by skilled operatives. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

The guys completed work on our rented property today in Darlington and I am extremely impressed with the service provided. The team were friendly, polite and thorough. Just wanted to say Thank You for the works.Amazing outcome, the cracks closed more than I was expecting them to.The team was outstanding, during the work and they left the site tidy.I was disturbing them during the work with 100';s of questions over the 2 days and I received a friendly response each time, and they talked me through the whole process ,which was very interesting.Hopefully they don't have to return for at least 20 years, but if something goes wrong more than happy to accommodate the team again.

Having bought a ‘project’ house we discovered subsidence causing wall cracking and building movement. Having investigated more traditional underpinning methods we came across a competitor of Mainmark. After receiving a frankly ridiculous quote we enlisted the help of Mainmark. After a brief site visit, a considerably less expensive quote came through and we instructed the work to be carried out. The whole process has been speedy, well organised and successful in its remit. Paul Palmer, Charlotte Morgan and Louis were all absolutely excellent and we cannot recommend Mainmark enough!

Cannot praise this company enough. We knew when we purchased our bungalow that there was some historic movement but it soon became apparent the problem was more serious than first thought. Karl did the initial survey and assured us that he was confident it could be rectified simply in a day with the treatment. The final result exceeded expectations- not only did Paul and his team stabilise the ground just a week after accepting the quote, but they also lifted the building back up, closing the cracks. Customer service has been excellent from the initial enquiry through to the end of the process and we felt the price charged was very reasonable. It was reassuring to have a fixed price up front for the work. Would not hesitate to recommend Mainmark and their staff.
