My very poorly Poppy was seen yesterday first by Becca (head nurse) who assessed her and then Alex (vet). What wonderful people. Treated her amazing, was honest about the urgency and treatment required. Talked me through every stage. Today as she was no better I called at 9am and was told to bring her straight down. Alex saw her immediately and again honestly told me surgery was required and why. I left her there absolutely terrified I wouldn’t see her again. Alex operated on her and called me straight after to tell me it had been a success. I cannot recommend this vets enough. Amazing care, amazing people who put the animals at the heart of everything they do. Absolute heroes and I’ll forever be in their debt for keeping my Poppy alive. Simply thank you all xx

Our chap Edgar has been going to Claremont since we got him. We have always been very pleased with the level of care and attention received while he has been in their care. Edgar was recently involved in a nasty accident and has spend a lot of time with Alex and the team. I cannot put into words how helpful, compassionate and wonderful everyone at Claremont has been through this whole ordeal. I cannot thank and recommend them enough.

My dog hurt his front leg in a walk. I booked him in for a vet immediately, and they gave me a 4pm appointment. My dog got worse so I phoned up and they immediately got him in to see a nurse, who prescribed a pain killer/anti inflammatory. My dog is a lot better now. Great service.

I just want to say that this place has been incredible with my boy, and even though on the last visit to put him to sleep was indescribably painful, the team were so welcoming, comforting and the atmosphere was perfect for my boy to be peaceful and calm before going to sleep forever. The aftercare has been so thoughtful and I honestly could not recommend them more. Although the prices are high (as is the industry), they are not as high as other vets locally and I find the quality much better here. So thank you all for how wonderful you are. When I can stop grieving and find some space in my heart for another, I will be straight down signing them up with you.

Sadly my young dog had to be pts. The staff at Claremont were so understanding and compassionate. They tried all they could and were so supportive in such tragic circumstances. I was offered to have him PTS in the private, secluded courtyard. Which was so much less stressful for him. I cannot praise them enough for the care they showed.

Great vets who price fairly. Always have had good availability even at short notice for doggy emergencies! Staff are lovely.

Wouldn't go anywhere else, it is the only vet where my dog isn't so anxious as he is made a big fuss of and put at ease! Obviously his treatment has been second to none ! Thank you all.

Really value and appreciate the empathy shown from Vet Alex today after our cat was sadly put to sleep. Staff are absolutely fantastic. You made a really sad day a bit more bearable. Highly recommend this practice indeed. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my pets. Thank you all.
