Working with Lucy and Dan at Heartwood has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end. As an interior designer, I have very high standards which were met and exceeded by the team at Heartwood who created the kitchen, pantry and a bespoke dining sofa for our family home. They have a meticulous eye for detail and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they have understood every detail in order that the perfect design is realised. I found customer service and communication at Heartwood to be exceptional- a really refreshing experience, where both technical and fabrication details are excellent whilst professional and prompt communication is maintained throughout.
