I went there to fix a hinge of my suitcase. Saffa was so helpful and nice. She was able to sort out my problem immediately and was able to save my whole trip. Super customer care. I want to give her 10 stars, she had great product knowledge, kind and super helpful in answering all my questions, definitely going to buy as per her recommendations. Excellent experience, thank you Saffa.

I am very impressed with their service. Ami from Samsonite was able to resolve my issue. My luggage was replaced with a new luggage as Samsonite did not have the wheels to carry out the repair.

I would like to say thank you for the free help with the lost code of my Samsonite suitcase. Mrs.Saffa in the shop was very kind and solved our problem within few minutes. And more to this the service was free :).So thanks again for this help!!!

After I lost a wheel from my Samsonite luggage, I called the St Pancras store and asked what to do. They advised me to order a replacement wheel which I did. But when it arrived I didn’t know how to put it on. I took my suitcase and spare wheel to the shop and Neha was able to put in on for me in less than 5 minutes. I know where I will always buy my luggage in the future! Thanks Samsonite team St Pancras!

Store manager is an aggressive bully. Worst customer service of any store in any industry.I visited to receive a quote for a repair of my suitcase after the airline smashed it. Staff told me only the manager could help who had just left so I should leave my case and phone number in store. They later called me to say - and this is a real quote - We literally do nothing." with respect to anything other than selling new product. I wasn't able to pick my case back up again the same or next day as I was out of town. Later again the store manager called

I came here on June 21st, 2023 to try to find a solution for my brand new Samsonite digital luggage scale (the battery cover was somehow difficult to slide open; I didn't try opening it while I bought it earlier since I was in a rush). Fortunately I was assisted by Neha, a very friendly and helpful person, and the problem was solved! Thank you Neha and everyone from the Samsonite team!
