Sam has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she really enjoys sharing with others on her training courses. She is calm and patient and I know I can pester her if I need further help with things even though I've completed my course.

Would just like to thank Sam for my eyebrow wax and tint course. For a lot of beauticians, a brow wax and tint is so easy, however after already doing a henna brow course with someone else I still was not confident to be able to wax clients eyebrows, which is why I re-done a wax course to build my confidence. Sam taught me the proper way to map eyebrows and how to tint and wax, and recommended a wax that would work for me, which has! I’m sooo happy that I finally feel confident and it warmed my heart when sam said I passed with flying colours. She also taught me how to believe in myself and be confident. 5* for you Sam. Carmel was one of a kind, she was so professional and took her time when she was teaching me, what is even better is that she allows you to make mistakes and corrects you in the best manner. You are able to practise on a live model and she has never left me in the dark even after the class. This is the best 1:1 I have had !!!
