I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size cushions. I thought it was a long shot but called straight away to see if i could amend my order. I called at 5:15pm on a Friday and immediately spoke to a lovely lady who changed my order without any fuss over the phone. Really refreshing customer service! My order arrived within days and they are great quality and so beautiful.

What a delightful company to deal with. I ordered the Kilimanjaro cushions and was absolutely thrilled when they arrived. I then ordered some plain ones to match in Forest Biome. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery but on contacting Joan, the problem was sorted out. Would highly recommend this company. The designs are stunning and the velvet is luxurious and what a wonderful selection of colours. Cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.
