Great service, from Scott and Andrew, excellent product, painless sales process and superb fitters (Guy & Joe) who were punctual, professional and delivered a superb finish. We’re already planning to expand the flooring to the remaining ground floor rooms.

What fantastic service we have received from Carpet Right from start to finish!I came in needing some very last minute and urgent carpet and fitting. Gary, who helped me, was super helpful (but not pushy - just right) and showed me some perfect carpets. The process of ordering the carpet was super simple and the fitting could be arranged within the week!I then happened to call on the off chance to see if there was any chance of an earlier fitting as the decorators had finished and we were in luck and had the fitting a day early.Our carpet fitter did an excellent job! He was super fast and the carpet looks fantastic - we are really thrilled with it.We have some more rooms we need doing in the coming months and safe to say we shall definitely be returning to Carpet Right in Cheltenham!Thanks very much again, your service is really appreciated.

I think he was called Sean, but we had an exemplary service from him. He found us the perfect carpet and went above and beyond. If I have his name wrong he had dark hair and glasses. Best customer service ever from a shop!! Unfortunately the fitting let the process down a bit as it was a bit slapdash (fitted on a Saturday) and we had to call the fitter back to make good. It would have been 5 stars easily if the fitting had been ok.

We had a very successful trip to this store this afternoon. Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. He did not rush us and took the time to explore all options with my mother and ensured that she was completely happy with her choice. He was courteous, friendly and professional throughout our visit. I had first class service both in store (Andrew and Shaun) and with the measuring service (Shaun). I was very pleasantly surprised and cannot fault them at all. Both Shaun and Andrew offered sound advice, went out of their way to help me and were very professional at all times. I would highly recommend.

This company is absolutely shocking! Measured my parents dining room wrong and turned up with a peice of carpet not big enough for the room. They suggested putting a join In (pictured) which looks terrible! Regardless of whether my parents agreed or not. What they should of said, is don't worry sir/Madam

Excellent advice and service.Andy took my basic sketch and measurements (awkward shape with a bay window) and suggested a way to carpet the whole area resulting in less waste than I thought possible.Much appreciated.

Had a great experience with the Cheltenham team. Andy, the manager, was great, and I felt in safe hands. Would definitely recommend to anybody who's looking for a new carpet in Cheltenham, and I will be using them again!
