I had reflexology in a Beautiful little cabin , so peacefully and tranquil. Can’t wait to try another treatment here.

Like the possibility of having the treatment come to your house! Cecile is very good at explaining her methods and make me understand why I may react in certain ways to the treatment.I didn't see myself as a strong believer of alternative treatments like reflexology but was interested to try it, after a few treatment sessions I am amazed how I responded to it and that by just touching my feet could remove some of my neck pain and have a noticeable effect on general well-being. Recommend anyone to give it a try

I have just come back from a Reflexology session with Cecile and can't explain how truly amazing it was! It takes ALOT for me to slow down and relax and within the first 10 minutes of treatment I was there...in a zone I haven't been in for well, I can't even remember! By the end of the session I had not only fallen asleep (that never happens!) but felt truly relaxed to the core, literally from the inside out... I've had treatments before where you feel relaxed yes... but where your whole inner self feels relaxed? ...this was a first! Not only is it Cecile's expert skills and experience but also her persona in how she carries out the treatments, plus the beautiful space she holds them in, calm, quiet, just wonderful!I've had many people say this to me before and never listened so if you are the same, serioiusly, take note... if you never slow down, you are busy 24/7 and never have a minute to yourself PLEASE treat literally, your mind, body and soul to a session with Cecile, you will be so pleased you did! I rarely rebook things on the spot but the minute we finished, I got myself booked in for another session in a few weeks time and cannot wait! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!! Thankyou Cecile! x

Cecile is amazing at what she does. I had maternity reflexology during my two pregnancies and it helped massively to reduce my anxiety levels. This was particularly given that my second pregnancy was during the height of covid and there were lots of uncertainties around how my birth would be. Cecile's amazing treatments always left me feeling relaxed and recharged and allowed me to have that much needed me time, so much so I had 2 wonderful births, one even being at home! Magical hands! I wanted to bring on labour naturally and went for a treatment with Cecil, that yes same night I went into labour! Cecil is very diligent and considering. Following my visit, my mother in law has been going to help treatment with her sciatica and has felt a massive improvement from 2 sessions. DEFINITELY recommend
