Grace, and the team at Tidal Paws, are absolutely amazing. Our girls, especially Lily loved it here. Dom got Lily's confidence in water, to how it was when she was a pup, she would jump and dive in after the ball. Lily trusted Dom 100%. We couldn't reccomend tidal paws enough, they've became a second family. Thank you for all the lovely memories and fun times you created for us. Highly Recommend Tidal Paws! The team were so welcoming and so helpful to encourage Coda (our cockapoo) with her swimming. We already knew coda loved to swim since she’ll dive into rivers and lakes but it was great to go to a pool when the winter weather isn’t great for walks!

We had an amazing first session a couple of days ago. We have one confident but occasionally people-reactive German Shepherd, Luna, and a nervous Romanian rescue, Alice. The staff were all amazing when we brought the dogs in, they knew to completely ignore our GSD and made sure other staff members were away in the office so as not to overwhelm to begin with. Niamh led our session - her confidence and professionalism was outstanding. We struggle to take our shepherd out as people want to stare at her and approach her which sets her off. We felt completely at ease with all staff around Luna and after 20 minutes, she even gave Niamh a surprise lick on the face! Alice never made it in the pool despite our best efforts but still received lots of attention (and treats) from the staff. It was definitely worth the shower and spritz after - a quick one minute job which would have taken us half an hour at home with lots of stress and cleaning up after. We loved that we could both enjoy swimming with Luna and got sent lots of fabulous pictures and videos after. We’ll be recommending Tidal Paws to all our doggy friends, a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all! Thanks for looking after us so well, we’ll be back soon!

Brilliant place to take your dogs for a fun swim.Good way of bonding with your dog.The owner and staff are amazing people they make you feel right at ease, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.Well worth a visit.

Took both my dogs 1st time swimming they loved it the staff were amazing and the fact you could swim with them was an amazing experience will definitely be going again

Cant recommend this place enough! Just taken our puppy doug for his first swim and the staff were amazing with him . Very patient which allowed his confidence to build and have fun. Will definitely be back monthly! Fun , exercise and a bath to finish what's not to love .
