Feel Good Therapy Garden
Great sauna and ice bath experience. Always feel good (great) afterwards. You can pick your own music too. They have great showers and comfortable private changing rooms. A cafe just beside it, makes for a great day.

Feel Good Therapy Garden
Had a super relaxing couple of hours here tonight. It's so well set up, the sauna is gorgeous, with loads of space. The ice bath was and stayed super cold. Highly recommend!

Brilliant spot, very clean. Proper hot private saunas, 4 ice baths, music, hot showers, changing rooms, toilets & benches to chill out on & receive the downloads after a cycle of hot and cold. Best hour of the day.
