Great selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Better for animal knowledge than local competitors.

Staff are always so friendly, not 5* because they are a bit hit and miss with their stock (no chicken layers mash feed on my visit) and sometimes the feed is really dusty. It also not the cheapest place, but less expensive than pets at home.

I have used Broadfeed for years for all my pets needs. The staff are pleasant and helpful. However the Kittyfriend clumping litter which I have always used has changed in the past 4 months. The company that make it has changed the composition, it is now lighter in colour as they are mixing a white substance with the grey making it a lot lighter in colour. But what it also does is stop clumping, which is what it is described as, making it useless. Not cheap either, has gone up 30% in the past 6 months. I have now stop using it. Beware.

The team at Broadfeed are always incredibly helpful advising on availability of products and on the suitability of their livestock and poultry products to suit your needs. The team are also always welcoming and pleasant to deal with and happy to assist loading feed and hay when in store.

The guys at this place are fantastic, always friendly and happy to help be it listen to crazy stories.Always assist with lifting the heavier items into the car. Ordered things in that they don't usually stock.Give amazing advice.Always a pleasure and definitely value for money.Thank you

Started to buy my dog food and treats here after upgrading from mini sausage dogs to a proper large dog. Good selection of foods etc and cater for almost everything I need

Couldn’t give nil or minus or I would have.Called on Saturday to see if they did Barley straw was told they did and usually kept 10 in the shop but didn’t have any currently. They could get some in but were short staffed so wouldn’t be that day , I said I would come in Monday am and was told it would definitely be there. Got there at midday to be told they had only just gone to get it and could I come back as it would be 2 hours . I couldn’t as I had travelled 20 miles to get it . I did get an apology with the explanation they are so short staffed.Awful customer service would never use them again.
