Simon fixed our TV after my toddler almost knocked it off the stand. I would highly recommend this company, my tv was picked up, fixed and dropped off within a week and came back looking like new as it had also been fully valeted. All for a very reasonable price and so much cheaper than replacing our TV. Simon was also extremely friendly and helpful and kindly lent us the leads for a spare TV I had in storage, which he also set up for me. I cannot recommend him enough.

I don't write reviews often, but I was so impressed with the service provided by Simon, I said I would. I suspected my 8 year old LG led TV had a backlight problem and had been thinking of taking it to a recycling centre and buying a new TV. A local high street retailer seemed more interested in selling a new model than doing a repair, which they probably wouldn't do anyway. Then I discovered Simon's business just a few miles away. Simon fully explained the likely problem and gave me an estimate on the spot. Several days later, the TV was ready, fixed and with a full valet inside and out. Also, a 12 month guarantee. The cost was a fraction of buying a newer but very possibly inferior model. Thank you, Simon, and a Happy New Year.

Highly RecommendedI had a rare model 4k LG 3D TV which stopped working and it was not the backlight or anything obvious. The whole board was replaced in just a few days and was charged a very fair and reasonable price. Thank you.

Simon was wonderful to deal with, very knowledgeable and the service was very prompt (even over the new year bank holidays) which was much appreciated.
