The team at the Brackley branch of Alexander and Co. are truly excellent. Our house sale and purchase process was part of a very long chain which took the team there a significant effort to manage to reach exchange. I have no hesitation in recommending James, Hannah, Martin and the team for all the effort they put into firstly selling our house in a professional way achieving a sale price we wanted but also for the huge amount of effort in post sale to get us across the line. Special mention should also go to Spratt Endicott who being situated just behind the Alexander and Co. office in Brackley meant communication (at least from our perspective!) was seemless and efficient! Highly recommended.

I would like to give a 5 star rating but sadly I have to reduce this to 4 due to our initial experience when our property sale was being handled by one particular member of staff. We were very unhappy with the level of detail, attention and accuracy of information being relayed, which resulted in a sale being delayed then lost. Thankfully the sale management was taken over by Martin Goulder and he really improved the level of service. The efficiency and amount of detail & communication stepped up several gears. Martin was always responsive and proactive and we have him to thank for finally exchanging contracts in June 2023.

From the outset James Butler provided an informed, efficient, enthusiastic and friendly service. His accurate valuation of my property and strategy to sell my house was very effective. I would highly recommend this company and am extremely grateful of the advice and support I received from James and his team.

Both my sale and purchase were with Alexander and Co, purchase wasn’t quite as straight forward as the sale, Martin and James both in the end went above and beyond to get it over the line. The sales progression company do let the overall experience down as they aren’t very good with communication and chasing for documents that are needed by the other party. Waited 7 weeks just for initial paperwork to be completed, this however is being brought in house I believe so will make a massive improvement to the overall experience and hopefully won’t need to chase for updates. Would recommend.
