Amazing service, we were sent regular photos/videos and updates prior to picking our puppy up. When we collected our puppy we received a puppy pack which consisted of toys, food, treats, blanket and puppy pads. Since collecting puppy have stayed in contact. I cannot recommend perfect pups enough. We recently got our first puppy and after searching many ads we were blown away with the details in Hans’ ad. Communication was excellent and no questions were too silly. Hans really gave us the reassurance we needed as first time dog owners. He arranged a video call and a visit to the pup along with regular pictures, videos and updates during the process. The puppy came with a puppy pack of food and training pads along with 4 weeks of insurance. Even after taking our little puppy to his new home, Hans was always willing to answer any questions we had. You can see he genuinely cares for these dogs and just wants them to have a good home. The whole experience was great from start to finish and you felt like you were in good hands throughout.Highly recommend Perfect Pups to anyone looking to get a new little companion, experienced owners and especially new owners. You won’t regret it.
