1 Stop Spas - Nottinghamshire

After doing lots of research we settled for 1 Stop Spas Nottingham.I didn't think we'd be able to get one as we live on a main road and the back garden is inaccessible from the front of the poperty.Chris came out and did a site survey and said that he would be able to get it in to our garden from the neighbours with a telelift if they were okay with it. They were, and the delivery date came round sooner than expected.after a few tense minutes (for us, not Chris) the hot tub was in the garden and then put in to situ.John then wired it up and we filled it and got everything stable.The whole process from start to finish was a breeze thanks to Chris and John, both of whom were very friendly and professional.We've had the hot tub for just over a week now and it's used twice a day, morning before breakfast and an hour before bed.The hot tub is a Master Spa Twilight 8.2 Therapy Spa, and I can't recommend it enough. Both my wife and I suffer from various ailments, and this has helped me to the point where I've been able to reduce the amount of meds I'm taking.The difference this has made to our lives is incredible.Don't keep putting it off, there are hot tubs for every budget, pop in and see the staff at Nottingham or Sleaford 1 Stop Spa's and take the pain out of living!

This is a wonderful place for hot tubsWe went here from oxford to wet test two master spars. We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Ben made us coffee and spoke to us about the spas we trying out. Both Ben and Molly could not do enough for us answering any questions. Even making phone calls if they did not know so giving us the best advice and information. The legend 850 is a fantastic spa and thank you so much for helping us to make a decision on what we needed and wanted

We have had such amazing service from the team at 1 Stop Spas when we purchased our American Whirlpool 881 hot tub. Rob in the East Bridgford branch was extremely patient with us as we changed our minds multiple times on which was the right hot tub for us as a family, during which he demonstrated his vast knowledge on the many, many hot tubs we enquired about. We visited other Hot Tub retailers around the Nottinghamshire area and found 1 Stop Spa to have the best selection, by far the best customer service experience and we know we made the right choice purchasing from them. We went for a wet test in the Sleaford Branch where we met with Chris and changed our minds yet again on which hot tub was for us, the wet test was so worth while ensuring we got the right model! The first class quality of service we experienced was consistent throughout the whole purchase process - from Rob in the showroom, Chris for the wet test through to Charlie who provided a first class installation and demo on using our tub. We've had it a year and every time we've had queries both Chris or Rob have been on hand to help and answer showing that the aftercare service continues beyond just the product sale. Ordered a Twilight 7.2 at the end of April and, despite industry wide problems with shipping, tub was delivered on time. Totally impressed by the install and set up. Fitters couldn't have been more helpful, even waiting 15 mins for the school run, so they could give very comprehensive handover. Hard water area, so needed a few hours to sort out the chemical balance, but has been perfect for the last 4 days with minimal effort thanks to the good advice. A superb service from start to finish, from all the staff involved. Even gave a Blue Light discount. Highly recommended!

Best in the game! We decided to buy a Spa so I planned a weekend visiting 6 different businesses in the Nottingham and Lincolnshire area. The level of knowledge and professionalism between them all was vast to say the least! 1Stop Spa guided me through the buying process and helped us decide on the Spa that was best for us. We ended up buying an LSX 900 which was delivered and fitted this week. The guys who came out to fit it were as professional as the team in the shop. These people have the after sales support as well as the sales team. If you are considering buying your first Hot Tub or looking to upgrade I can’t recommend these guys enough. East Bridgford or the Sleaford branch, both first class.

Following the arrival of our tub just over a week ago,We visited the store in Nottingham yesterday . We received excellent advice and customer service from Ben and Molly. We left feeling much more knowledgeable and confident in how to manage our new Hot tub from chemical treatment to the cleaning and maintenance of it. We have received good customer service and support throughout the process from deciding to buy to now. We had a few issues,none of which were 1 stop spas fault , but they supported and advised us on how best to resolve these issues. All staff have been helpful and knowledgeable and more than happy to answer our myriad of questions. Thank you

Good service in the showroom, kept us informed during the order / delivery process and we agreed a date for delivery which couldn’t have gone any smoother. The guys arrived to install and they were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and efficient. We had to crane it into the garden which was a bit daunting but was completely trouble free. Top service and would happily recommend.

Definitely recommend One Stop Spa East Bridgford! bought our Spa nearly a year ago and never looked back! excellent customer service, excellent hot tubs, we live in Essex and they were superb in their delivery etc and after care service, plus believe it or not they r not that expensive to run, benefits, feel good factor far out ways the running costs! and to be honest in todays climate its nice to have this feel good experience right in your own home!

After over a year of research my wife and I decided to visit 1 Stop Spas, Nottingham to wet test Master Spas Legend 7 and Twilight tubs. Communication with Chris had been great prior to us arriving. The new show room immediately gave us both the wow factor and the hospitality of Chris matched. We arrived at about 5.30 and didn't leave until 9. During that time Chris answered all of our questions and we wet tested the Legend 7 and the Twilight 7.2. Both great tubs. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient and provided coffee and tea! We decided on the 7.2 and paid our deposit. I wasn't expecting any amount off the tub as I know its currently a sellers market. However, Chris gave us a great discount. It wasn't just the discount why we decided to buy from Chris, it was the overall feeling that we were in safe hands with this company. I highly recommend anyone to visit if you are serious about getting a quality tub. I had done lots of research, and I firmly believe that for quality and value for money you can't beat Master Spas and with 1 Stop Spas you are onto a winner.
