A mitsubishi outlander PHEV with a throttle issue was time and money wasted" via a local company "Bosch Service" in Newton Aycliffe (basically a charge for using my car as a run around "test" using up my petrol...)

Hello,I am not really here to but something negative or positive, really nice people there. Just I can't understand sometimes few things. How come I had a fail and they want to charge me to replace the parts and work 600 pounds and somewhere else I just pay the mot price 40 pounds and I had the pass without issues and it's not the only place here in Durham,still after 15 years working and repairing cars I can't find a good answer.Many thanks.

A family member used this garage after reading it's good reviews but it was nothing but an absolute nightmare experience!! the car needed an mot and service and was dropped off on a Friday and wasn't returned until the Tuesday with a huge bill and one of the jobs charged for wasn't even fixed!! NEVER again will we use this place nor would I ever consider recommending it to anyone ,total rip off.

Got air com tested and filled at £165 less than 8 month blowing warm airWent back informed them I wanted no work carried out that would cost any moneyReceived a phone call say it may be the condenser which would involve 3 hours labour with part was £395. I declinedAnd when returned to pick car up £60 charge to test not informed of this at all. So from my self avoid like the plague

These guys are the best. I have been using for years for all types of work and service, price, advice, trust and experience always great. Just took in a nailed flat tyre during emergency (family life) situation when car required, and they had the tyre repaired within an hour. Legends.

Had a knackered clutch and gearbox issue on my Iveco Daily. Was looking to be an expensive job, but ended up costing alot less and was the gear linkage cables rather than a gearbox issue.Excellent service, communication and price. Will definitely use the garage again.
