Their tatoos may be good, but their customer service needs attention.There are signs in the shop that say you must sanitize your hands and wear a mask. However none of their staff wore masks.When I politely asked a question, I was told ... look mate

Recently had a tattoo in Hellbound Heart with the new apprentice Emily. Very clean studio, everything was overseen by Pete who had a really great eye for detail. Emily opened all needles infront of me, everything was fully disinfected and wrapped. The design was pre made by Emily but she was keen to know what I would like to change and adapt. My comfort was always a priority. Very professional studio with great talent coming through. Was able to see some of the other work being done at the same time by Pete and Ben, amazing tattoos!! Highly recommend.Also had my conch pierced by Ruth. Again, everything was cleaned and unwrapped infront of me. She was very keen to make sure I was happy with placement, really friendly and relaxing. Great follow up with aftercare and will be back to change to a ring from the shop when fully healed.

Fantastic little shop! The tattoo community are a family and you really feel if when you walk into this shop! You can tell how much they all care about eachother and their clients! Issy is super talented and so friendly and professional! I only went yesterday and can't wait to go back! Everyone in there made me feel as though they had known me for years!

I am delighted with the artwork created for me here at Hellbound by Damo. I felt totally relaxed at all times, and he made sure I was comfortable and contented throughout the process. Hygiene and protection was paramount and all the staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had my first tattoo here today, and the tattoo artist Emily was just amazing ! They made me feel super relaxed and at ease about the whole process. I love how my tattoo turned out, and will certainly be returning again in the future for more. The store is super clean, and it’s really easy to liaise and book online.I have also been going here many years for piercings and wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Ruth for piercing. Very professional and put my nervous teen’s mind a rest.

Love this place, have had multiple piercings by Ruth and she is brilliant, she is patient, friendly and definitely the best around!. Have now also had multiple tattoos by Ben and they are excellent, the finishing details make them look amazing.
