I went to see Lucy after experiencing some hip discomfort after stating running. she was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. After only a few sessions and completing the home workouts she gave me, I’m experiencing much less discomfort and I’m able to run longer distances. Thank you very much Lucy and I’ll be back to see you again with my next injury I’m sure.

Went to see Lucy with a stiff shoulder and lack of mobility in the joint. After one session it has massively improved and helped me regain some of the movement. Would highly recommend them if you are in need of relieving pain and help in gaining movement in your joints.
