Our little piece of Heaven!Nestled away in a lovely private 850-acre estate, this livery yard is a hidden gem and everything it promotes to be and more for both horse and owner, well deserving of its 5* reviews! The perfect blend of professionalism, friendliness and dedication really set it apart from the rest. From the moment I arrived with my young horse, I knew I had found the right home. Great facilities with organised herds and routines ensure safe and happy horses and owners.

From the moment we arrived at Hyde and met Anne we knew this was the perfect place for Kevin. The yard was so chilled and the estate is beautiful in all the seasons. It’s a special place, there’s help if you need it but Anne’s on hand should you do. Lovely place and we highly recommend it.

Anne has made a lovely, idillic little yard with a small community of like minded folk. The horses have a perfect life, are well cared for, plenty of cover - I never worry about them while on chaotic shifts or holiday. Feel very lucky to have found a spot here.

Nashlands is the best livery yard I’ve ever been on - well managed, secure and on a beautiful estate. A really friendly atmosphere that Anne works hard to maintain.

I was a little nervous moving to a livery yard from a private set up, but I needn’t have worried! Nashlands is a friendly, well run set up on a beautiful estate. We both settled very quickly and we are enjoying hacking with fellow liveries. Would highly recommend to anyone who just wants to enjoy their horse.

Bruno settled in super quickly and is really happy in his herd. He is looked after well by Anne and the team and Anne’s knowledge and experience means everything runs smoothly and the horses are living a lovely calm life with lots of grass.

Mouse and I moved to the yard a year ago and it was the best decision we’ve ever made.The hacking is superb and meets all types of requirements including gentle rehab work.The fields are well maintained and provided plenty of grass for winter which is extremely important for my TB.All the liveries are supportive, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly funny. Hacking groups, pole clinics and yard socials are weekly highlights.Sadie and Mouse

Super organised yard with safe and stunning off road forest hacking .I can enjoy my horse Diamond without having to prioritise chores as she is on full grass livery.With all year turn out as well.Have been here 3 years and can relax knowing my horse is in the best hands.

My mare has settled in wonderfully. Quiet, friendly and professional set up where nothing is too much trouble. I work away and knowing she is in good hands was my number one priority. We look forward to exploring the abundance of hacking available.
