Small but beautiful museum! What gives the 5 star is that you can actually touch, feel and check on many arqueological pieces that are from Millions of years ago! You can hold on your hand an actual dinosaur teeth and a hornwhale horn!My kid enjoyed too much this museum!

A small but fascinating and educational museum with hundreds of specimens in jars, bones, and fossils, and so many different animals to see and touch in two rooms and the corridor towards the entrance, The museum is easy to find on the grounds of Trinity College, The people who work within the museum are more than happy to answer questions and one of them named Sam allowed us to hold a number of living creatures including a corn snake, Definitely worth a visit.

A true gem. Really small but so much to look at. We got to hold a snake and an African frog ( the only living creatures there apart from a giant African snail that shares a tank with giant cockroaches) had been fed while we were there. The staff there extremely friendly, helpful, passionate and knowledgeable. A lovely experience and the entry fee €4 per adult, €3 per child. Totally worth it. Note: only open during the summer from June - August

This place is full of ancient knowledge. I love how the person give a tour of the museum. It is a must to visit if you are in Dublin. Also you get to handle pets.

This museum is the most profitable I have visited. The people there are lovely and enjoy to share their knowledge with funny ways. The collection is amazing and you can touch it ! Even the mammoth tusk !

Excellent exhibition with brilliant tour guides. Little known museum in the heart of Dublin, over 150 years old and you can get the chance to handle specimens including live ones. I leave those a secret, children will be especially delighted. If you are visiting Dublin check availability to see the exhibits.

Excellent surprise! small museum full of surprises and cool staff, for an inexpensive price (3euros/adult). Great variety of items, and you can touch the giant snail and cockroach (they're super-cool pets!). Don't hesitate to ask infos to the staff/students, they're really cool and knowledgeable, which is what makes this museum unique.Kids will love it, too.

This small museum is an outstanding delight and the staff are more than helpful. It's tucked away up some stairs but once you arrive you'll find cabinets stuffed with all sorts of curiosities along with items that you can touch, handle and try to identify. It's a bit tricky to locate the low-key entrance but you should make the effort - whether or not you have kids in tow.

Great little hidden gem in Dublin' s city centre. Good value for families, not really suitable for small children in buggies. Staff very friendly and interactive
