I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was important to mention Amedeo at Maserati HR Owen Hatfield. He was extremely professional and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. He was quick to address any issues we had, and was eager to provide solutions. Amedeo demonstrated far more than what was expected of him and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Met and spoke with Amedeo about purchasing my first sports car . He was amazing, knew all the answers to my questions and was truly helpful despite me telling him I am not looking to make a decision on the day . Haven’t pulled the trigger as of yet but when I do will definitely be going back to him .

Impeccable Service ExperienceI recently used the service department at Maserati Hatfield for a major service on my car. The customer service from my initial enquiry all the way through to my car being returned was impeccable. When I dropped the car off, I was really impressed by the new showroom facility which is leagues beyond any other dealership I have been to. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly and I was even made feel welcome to look around at all the spectacular cars in the showroom. A special thanks to Nick and Paige for making it such a pleasant experience through their interactions with me over email, phone and in person. Recently bought a Granturismo through Amedeo. The car is absolutely fantastic but the whole experience was a pleasure thanks to Amedeo's great service. Have recently bought a used Maserati from HR Owen in Hatfield. After doing a lot of research I found the prices very competitive and they had a large range of stock. Even though I live in Scotland I decided to make the trip. The sales person Amedeo was fantastic from beginning to end, very professional and friendly. Always kept me informed and did exactly what he said he would do (from experience not very common in the car trade) Made the experience of buying a car a real treat thank you Amedeo! The manager Gyles was also very good and helped me along the way with anything I needed. Nothing was to much trouble with anything that came up that needed resolved/fixed it was done without question. I would highly recommend getting a car from these guys and of course the car is as spectacular as you would expect. Already eyeing up what’s next from HR Owen. I recently purchased a Grecale realising a boyhood dream of owning a Maserati.The experience of dealing with the staff of H R Owen Hatfield was second to none and totally outstripped anything I had experienced previously when dealing with Porsche, BMW and indeed Mercedes.Dealings were initiated by Amadeo who was found to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and thoroughly professional. I was naturally concerned to learn he was to take annual leave mid transaction but I needn't have been as both Alex and Giles stepped up in equal measure to see the deal completed with equal knowledge and courtesy. In short I shouldn't have worried as nothing was too much trouble and all were very patient.I for one would not hesitate to return to purchase another vehicle. But please excuse me now as I am off to enjoy the one I have just purchased.....!
