We needed flooring to cover our kitchen and hallway, Matt was very helpful and understood our needs. He even booked it all in and will be delivered and fitted very soon. We will be coming back for carpets.

Used them for flooring our converstory and went back for our living room. Matt was very helpful and helped us find the perfect flooring. We had been shopping around but Matt couldn't be beat on pricing. Will be coming back when we decorate our other rooms.

Nice clean tidy showroom loads to choose from, we knew what we wanted in regards of a wood floor for the lounge when we walked in. We weren't pounced on straight away which is really good. Given a bit of time to look around then when we needed it the advice and help was top notch. We have chosen the flooring we want and even got a deal on it. Nice place to do business with, no pressure on you to buy not like alot of places. I would recommend going the service is good and the prices great.

Can’t fault Direct Wood Flooring Wheatley Hall Road. We needed quite a lot for our house extension and although we had looked around, wasn’t 100%sure which type to go for.Matt was extremely informative about the various choices/prices and there was no “hard sell”. I n fact I’m surprised he didn’t get fed up of seeing us as we “popped in” regularly to re view our favourite flooring.When the time came for us to order he gave us a price that in all honesty beat everyone we had been quoted by other companies.Thanks guys for making at least one of our choices for our new home enjoyable!Would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Visited the store today, was greeted by a friendly member of staff named Terri who was attentive yet didn’t pressure us in any way. Helped advise costs for what we needed and we decided to go ahead and purchase! Super helpful and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again.
