Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experience. Alex has an amazing eye for detail and did a top notch job on repairing the pickup on my Ibanez Talman. He updated with progress regularly explaining in amazing detail what he was doing to my guitar, was always extremely polite and friendly and did a very quick turn around. The guitar almost plays itself now it's so good. Many thanks Alex!

Having worked with Alex before, I was very confident that he could help me with a recently purchased guitar from an auction site. Once again, Alex has used his formidable skills – both technical and aesthetic, to transform a virtually unplayable semi acoustic guitar into a robust, gigging instrument. At every stage he kept me informed of the work in progress, and offered practical solutions to issues that came to light during the process. A very nice guy too… highly recommended!

Alex’s communication was excellent throughout the whole process of purchasing the guitar, the shipping was fast and the packaging was so solid the guitar was still in tune even after traveling from the UK to the US! And that’s not to mention that this completely refurbished guitar looks and sounds absolutely amazing!!10/10, would love to buy anything from Alex again!:)

I have bought a guitar and also done a restoration with Alex and can vouch for his utmost professionalism, dedication and love for guitars. He is absolutely brilliant, and despite numerous pitfalls in the restoration process he persevered, went out of his way to sort parts etc and was always fair and just in his pricing. Really great service and quality from Alex, I can't speak highly enough of him. I have a very old Harmony H75 which needed a refurb more than a service, Alex completely took it apart and restored everything to as good as you can get a guitar of this age, and handed me back an instrument that I hadn't seen since I bought her in 1989! Alex kept me updated all the way through - videos, pics of WIP and consulted on what should be done. It can't have been the easiest of jobs. He also sorted out my acoustic and was totally transparent about a flaw in the guitar itself, which I can live with. Alex...my Tele needs setting up now.
