I've been under Ainzlie's wing for about 6 months now and she's simply a wonder to work with. She creates the program perfectly for you in every way and is ready to help in a flash with questions.I feel more switched on and incredibly more healthier since working with her. I have ten times the amount of energy, strength I had before hand and, in my case, the exercise has helped tremendously to control my diabetes.Couldn't ask for more from her and couldn't recommend her enough.

Ainzlie will quite simply change your life.If your experience is anything like mine then she is the ideal fit for helping you change your routine.I had always been big but in the last few years I had put on even more weight. I was eating terribly and I never did any exercise. I was stubborn about not doing any because I did not like the feeling that people were judging me and forcing me to change to fit their standards. I knew that it was bad for me but I would not say that I was one of those people who lacked confidence. I have always been quite confident but when it came to my health, it had almost become a spiteful confidence. As if I had sharpened my edges to deal with how judgemental society can be of people who lead unhealthy lifestyles.I didn't go to the gym because I was put off by the idea of being surrounded by fitness enthusiasts who all appeared to know what they were doing. Sadly, the people who really need to go to the gym feel the most stigmatised when they do. It is perverse when you feel judged for being unhealthy as you are trying to change that. It leads to people like me losing that determination to change because of this overbearing feeling that there is no point. That feeling is re-enforced by supposedly healthy and attractive people surrounding you at the gym.I eventually, begrudgingly, came round to the idea of a personal trainer to compel me to do something about my increasingly dangerous habits. Though, I was concerned that I would be lumbered with some drill sergeant who would make me feel like what I was doing was not good enough. I would get bored with it and quit - as had been a repeating pattern throughout my life.Fortunately, the personal trainer turned out to be Ainzlie and I could not be happier. She has such a warm and human side to her. She really makes you feel as if she's invested in you and your life. And that makes people like me, who previously refused to exercise, motivated to keep improving. Fundamentally, she became my friend and this gives you the feeling that you are completely supported in what you are trying to achieve.As her website will tell you, she went through a similar experience to most of us who have struggled with exercise. It makes all the difference because she really understands how hard it can be. She will build you up when you have achieved something - no matter how small. And she will give you a sense of perspective when you have those unaccountable off days. This makes her the very best person to work with and a perfect antidote to what was fast becoming an increasingly poisonous element to my life. I am no longer missing out on things my friends are doing because I cannot keep up.Initially, I was just doing 2 sessions a week with Ainzlie, but gradually, as it became my routine I have been adding more and more. I got back into football. I was walking at weekends. I started regularly doing spin classes, sometimes three times a week, of my own volition! The me of last year would have laughed in your face at that prospect. This was over a year ago and I have not looked back.For people who struggled in this way, that is the beauty of having appointments with Ainzlie. It really forces to make it a part of your schedule. Then, after the initial change, it becomes your routine and you completely lose sight of what was preventing you before. Don't be mistaken, it's difficult, but I cannot imagine someone who is more compassionate, more dedicated and more inspirational than Ainzlie to get you through those early tough times until you make it just a part of your life.I am so grateful for all that she has done and continues to do for me. To those people struggling, I promise you it works. If you apply yourself to it you will see the difference - much quicker than you might think. (She's also great for a laugh!) If personal training is the route you opt for, then be smart and just pick Ainzlie!

Ainzlie has truely changed my life. I started with Ainzlie in Jan 2019 and finished August 2019. Ainzlie has made the gym a place where I feel safe and knowledgeable. She has helped me become more confident and has helped me find a form of exercise that I love. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a PT.

Ainzlie is a gem! My hubby & I worked with her for 3 months, thrice each week. I must say that she's been very patient & encouraging! It feels like working out with a friend and it's always so nice to see her around. Working out with her just made our day. We are now fitter and leaner all thanks to her! I have been training with Ainzlie for five months, for me, she is everything I was looking for before I started my fitness journey.Going to the gym for the first time was hard for me. Even though I had been watching tons of videos like “10 things gym beginners should know about gym”, “how to start going to the gym”, “how to overcome gym anxiety”, I was never able to have the confidence to go to the real gym.Admiring at lean, toned body shapes in the fitness videos over and over again and suddenly I decided to change.Found Ainzlie on the University’s webpage, visited her link and sent her email. This was one of the most right choice I’ve made in my life.Ainzlie is professional. She’ll explain what we are doing and why we are doing, she shows me the movement, explains the technique every time. She listens well to all my needs and questions about training and eating and lifestyle, and gives answers in a professional and supportive way. Suggestions she provides are always practical. She’s inspiring. Every session is enjoyable, well-structured and never the same. I can never get bored and fell in love training with weights. Sessions are constantly mixing various workouts up, challenging and full of fun. Looking forward to each session to see what Ainzlie has prepared for me.Sometimes I doubt the weight I can lift, but I feel confident when training with her as I know I am safe and under her protection each time. I’ll just give it a try because she puts so much into it and I can tell Ainzlie cares about and tries to push me to the next level. She’s so good at pushing you to your limit and challenging you to achieve fitness goals.She’s always patient with my endless questions and broken English as well.She also helps me making work out plans for the days I train on my own, which makes me feel comfortable and confident cause I won’t feel lost in gym without knowing what to do.I’m struggling with eating disorder for over six years and never had a conversation with anyone about it. During one of my sessions with Ainzlie we talked about this issue, and we had a really nice talk that day. That means a lot to me. Later on I received some really nice words and useful thoughtful links that have great help from my Ainzlie. She gives me the confidence to overcome this.I saw a massive change in my strength and body shape, the results are so noticeable. That sense of fulfilment comes every time when I managed to lift a challenging weight, and I owe most of that to Ainzlie.Would definitely recommend Ainzlie and SavagePT, it’s life changing!

Training with Ainzlie for the past four months have been a life changing experience. A couple of years ago, I had a physically debilitating illness that made my joints extremely painful when moving, for 6 months. I became very sedentary and thought my body would never be the same again. A year ago I started exercising again, trying to regain my strength and the ability to move my body well. However, I found that I didn’t really know how to exercise and how to make my body stronger without hurting it. That’s when I decided to get a personal trainer to finally learn how to strengthen my body and improve my health properly. One of my biggest goals was to be able to go camping with my husband, carry my own backpack, and be able to go on hikes together. I cannot believe that I have already achieved this goal in only four months of training with Ainzlie!I recently returned from a camping trip in the Highlands where some friends and myself hiked to the top of a Munroe that was 972 meters tall. I also carried my own backpack, which was the heaviest in the group, to our campsite. I can see so clearly the changes this new lifestyle has brought to my life and I am never turning back.I’m so grateful that I chose to train with Ainzlie! Her style of training is exactly what I needed in my life. She teaches me how to lift weights but also gives me the emotional support and motivation I need to reach my goals. I finally have the knowledge of how to keep my body healthy and strong for life. I am currently strongest I have ever been in my entire life, thanks to Ainzlie.

Ainzlie is amazing. :) She's not just a outstanding PT, she is also a great friend. I started training with her a little more than a year ago and she has been the most encouraging person I have met, especially when I fall back onto my bad habits. A little over a year ago I was about 20 stone, I’d tried calorie-counting and not had much luck. At a comic-con I attended with Ainzlie I was jokingly challenged to dress as a female comic villain, and I decided that with Ainzlie’s help I’d see if I could. A year has passed and I’ve lost 6 stone now, I attended the con this year in my new costume, feeling proud and confident after the changes Ainzlie has helped me make.Through that whole year, and even after reaching that particular goal, Ainzlie has offered advice, support, and tailored the exercise/nutrition she’s given me to fit my circumstances. I had previously thought of exercise as something other people did that it was outside my remit due to some long-term injuries, Ainzlie worked around those and found a plan that has worked well and kept me driven and engaged.
