Very nice people, I felt the service, knowledge and choice was excellent, Kate spent time helping me finding the right frames which I really appreciated- the difference is clear

I was unhappy with my previous Optician and needed to find one who supplies Zeiss lenses. I found Oculi of Chesterfield in a Google search and am so happy I did. The service given is attentive and plenty of time is allocated for the eye test and in the search for suitable frames. Nothing is too much trouble. The choice of frames is wide and they have some really different ones from the other Opticians. I never felt rushed or bullied into having frames I didn't want.The varifocals I have been prescribed are excellent and the transition from distance viewing to reading in them is seamless. The Zeiss lenses are thin and lightweight and my new frames are fabulous.I can highly recommend Oculi opticians for eye tests and dispensing and thankyou Google search for helping me discover them. 10/10

The service at Oculi is fantastic and super friendly. There is no hard sell on glasses. Kate was super patient with me when selecting my frames, checked all the different colours they came in, and explained all the price breakdowns on the lenses which was super helpful. The eye exam was thorough and again the service was excellent. I am so happy that I found this opticians. I would 100% recommend.

In terms of choice (both frames and lenses), sales, customer support, value for money and after care, Oculi is miles ahead of the high-street competition.There's no hard sell, just friendly, helpful and honest advice and a level of one-to-one expertise that fills you with confidence.If you're as shortsighted as I am, buying new glasses can be a big (and expensive) commitment, but Kate made the process simple and straight forward. My only regret is that I didn't get my eyes tested at Oculi - although I will next time!I can't recommend Oculi enough!

I wanted to move away from my large opticians as I was generally unhappy with the service and products on offer. I am so glad I swapped to OCULI!! They have been amazing! OCULI provided a brilliant service and Kate was so helpful when it came to choosing my perfect pair of glasses. There are lots of styles to choose from and I was spoilt for choice! I really wanted something a bit different and they did not disappoint! The lenses are fantastic, the quality is miles away from anything I have had previously!I have a problem with my vision and require on -going support and feel that I have found the right place for this. I am confident that OCULI will keep an eye on me (Sorry not sorry for the pun)I am also keen to support local independent business and feel that overall the service and product on offer are of a much higher standard than a large chain operation! Thank you Kate and team I will be back.

My husband made a routine check up appointment here and was really pleased with the results - the technician noticed something in his eye that had been causing him irritation for a while and resolved it there and then, amazing! The staff are so helpful and welcoming, and their range of products is stunning. A fabulous local business ✨

I am so glad I left a well know high st opticians a year ago to visit Oculi. The service is incredible and completely bespoke to you. Katie remembers your name and details about you to ensure a really personal service. I was unsure on choosing a frame and Katie went out of her way to order one for me to try thinking I would love it and knowing it would suit me. I have collected today and am in love with them!!! Thank you Katie you know your stuff and have changed how I feel about a visit to the opticians!

I can't rate Oculi Opticians highly enough. The eye examination was extremely thorough and really informative. The selection of glasses would suit most tastes and provides a refreshing difference from what you see in the optician chains. Kate was brilliant and super patient in helping me choose my glasses, even though I must have tried dozens on. When I did find a pair I liked, Kate straight away offered to check to see if they came in any other colours. We both knew straight away that the green pair we saw online would be perfect. Within a week they arrived from Barcelona. I then had the most thorough examination for some SmartLife varifocals. My completed specs arrived the following week and they are brilliant. Thanks again Kate and see you again, next time I need an eye test.

Fantastic Service and Beautiful Glasses!I visited recently for a routine checkup and Catherine the did a great job. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing throughout the examination and went through the results in detail which was great.Kate then helped me pick some new glasses, she did a really good job at finding what suits me.A really nice and relaxed experience.
