I don’t ever write reviews but the service I received deserves one! I wanted to upgrade my gtr 230 and had a lot of questions regarding what I’d read online. Carls help, advice and knowledge is excellent. I collected my parts the next day, carl offered to change my impeller and wear ring for me while my ecu was being flashed, even gave me some oil and thread lock so I could assemble the parts properly when I got home. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had, and for that reason jet sea hub will always be my go to for parts and servicing.

Carl and his team are great, from friendly advice to quick turnarounds on ski repairs as well as prompt delivery from parts ordered. Very knowledgable. Would always recommend Carl for ski repairs in the south of England.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, the team managed to fit me in short notice while I was in the area on holiday and bought a ski what had a major issue on first use. They got my ski in and accommodated everything, kept me updated and gave it a good looking over while they had it in, finding some other issues. All has been rectified and I even got to do a water test and they did another oil change upon returning from the water. I can not recommend these guys enough. I would certainly travel the 4-5hours to bring my ski for any additional work/service work in the future. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Extremely knowledgeable team. Thank guys
