Maria Montessori Nursery School

As a proud mother I highly recommend this nursery. As a whole, absolutely fantastic place to start your little one’s journey into schooling. On a personal level I have found this nursery fantastic for my son and have really helped him in the right direction into his schooling journey. All of the staff have an impressive role that they accomplish very well. The whole setup of the outdoors and indoor activities are amazing. The sensory area will become such a beneficial factor for children like it was for my son.

A fantastic nursery with staff that really care about your children. Both my daughter and now my son have attended this nursery and both have loved it. The staff are knowledgeable and well trained and provide such a stimulating, exciting and fun nursery environment. The new manager has introduced so many new and exciting ideas and activities including lots of trips out into the local community and different ways to make parents feel more involved. Most importantly the children feel safe, secure, cared for and have fun! We will be sad to say goodbye to the nursery as my son will be starting school in sept but what a great start he’s had to his early years education whilst here. Thank you. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has attended Maria Montessori Nursery since she turned 2. She has thrived in their environment and absolutely loves going to nursery. The daily activities they have organised for the children are so creative and educational. Our daughter has learnt so much in her time there. All the staff are friendly and approachable. I would 100% recommend this nursery to any of our friends and family. I know our daughter is really going to miss her time at nursery when she starts school, but she has an abundance of memories that she will treasure forever. Thank you to all the Maria Montessori team for making the past couple of years so enjoyable.

Both my children have attended Maria Montessori Nursery School and have absolutely loved it. The variety of activities and topics is brilliant; they are happy and content there due to the kindness of the teachers. Parents are well informed of each day's activities as a talking point with our children, we have regular updates on their progress and good communication between home and nursery. Phenomenal staff and early education for my daughter. Can't recommend it highly enough. Great ongoing engagement and communication with the parents. Consistent updates on your child's development and what they have been learning. We consider it very much a preschool rather than a nursery.

Nursery staff is really helpful. My daughter was 3,5 when she started studying in Maria Montessory. We are from Ukraine so her language was not so good, but gently and useful teachers helped her a lot and every day she went to nursery in good mood and waited for it. Thank to our teachers she is totally ready for school next year. But I don't say goodbye because my younger daughter will attend this nursery next september as well)

I could not rate this nursery highly enough! My little one is so happy here and has flourished and had such a boost of self confidence since being here. I have 100% trust in all the staff members and it’s clear from their interactions with both the kids and parents how much they really care about making the nursery a welcoming and safe space.

My son loves going to nursery, from the first time he saw the setting, he was very keen to explore. The staff at Maria Montessori are lovely, caring and knowledgeable. They provide a wide range of exciting activities, in big or smaller groups, inside and also outside in the garden. Children learn about different topics each term and are encouraged to try new things and step out of their comfort zone. My son will be going to school now, but I am looking forward to coming back to nursery with my younger one.

My daughter attends this nursery and she loves it, the teachers are all very caring and friendly. My daughter was very shy before attending nursery but she is now very confident and has learnt so much through them! I’m so sad that my daughter will be leaving them to go to primary school this year. But I will be sending my son there soon and I just know he will love it as much as she has!

My daughter has been incredibly happy here and I'm so sad her time has come to an end. The staff are fantastic, kind, caring and have built a brilliant relationship with both my daughter and myself. She always comes home full of excitement about the activities she's done during the day and even plays nursery at home. The wraparound care has been so useful as a working parent and the staff have been amazing at accommodating last minute use of breakfast club when needed. We will miss the nursery and her 'ladies' very much and hope to see lots of familiar faces in a couple of years when we'll be back with our youngest!
