Daniel is fantastic. 11/10 for customer service, technical ability and fast solutions. The only person I would use for software problems. Excellent remote solutions at a reasonable price. Highly recommended and a super nice guy as well.

Dan really knows his stuff. He helped source a brand new computer for me and in a matter of hours had me up and running having copied all the data and files from my old machine including some rather old ones which are important to our business. Absolutely excellent service.

Dan was extremely helpful in fixing a very annoying problem I was having with installing Office 365. He spent a great deal of time optimising my computer whilst looking for a solution to the install. Eventually, he recommended upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 which proved to be the solution after weeks of struggling! I felt that I was in good hands the whole time and Dan kept updating me on progress through frequent calls. I would highly recommend Dan for any IT problems you may be experiencing!

I contacted Dan with short notice for help with a major problem on my laptop that prevented me from connecting to my work account, communications apps and other programs. Dan assisted me almost immediately and during his diagnostic he identified the problem and ran several solutions to not only fix it but improve the overall performance of my machine.Dan was patient and so knowledgeable that he fixed an issue my company IT department as a whole couldn't overcome. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dan and look forward to working with him again on the bi-annual PC check I've arranged with him!

I'm so happy with the work Dan did to fix the problems I was having with my PC. I had ignored them until my my laptop was barely functional. Now it's back up and running and I am so grateful. Dan got back to my initial query super quickly and scheduled in a session at a time that suited me. He was very kind and friendly! I should have done this long ago and will certainly recommend him to anyone in need of help.

Until a couple of years ago I was having continuous problems with my laptop and as this is a business computer it was extremely stressful. A business friend introduced me to Dan Bronson who immediately identified the source of the problem. Since then he has responded rapidly to any minor issue and recently, when I experienced the dreaded computer crash, he was on hand to advise and resolve the problem - immediately.I have recommended Dan to a business colleague who has also introduced his service to another client. A 5 star service and what is more you are dealing with a courteous, patient and professional gentleman.
